Description The Premier 97S Snare Drum is a military style snare drum suitable for low tension playing. It features both a bottom snare and internal top snare, both with throw-off levers for maximum sound choices. The sound is brighter than a rope tension drum, but less bright and articulated than a high-tension pipe band snare drum such as the HTS800 model. It cannot support kevlar or any type of high-tension head. Only mylar-type plastic heads can be used on both top and bottom. The drum comes in military (RQL) colours as standard.
